Healing Through Empowering Families and Small Communities

One of the most effective ways to make a positive impact on this planet is by empowering families and communities. Families and communities are like cellular structures that can be either strengthened or weakened by both internal and external forces. If we want to see the evolution of humanity continue on a forward path, we need strong family and community structures. These structures have a different make up than the systematic, institution structures that are prevalent in our modern day culture. They are more organic because they operate closer to the root of the spirit.

Balance

Balance between masculine and feminine energy is what allows natural structures to thrive; just as the balance between masculine and feminine energy within each individual is conducive to spiritual growth and development. In this balance comes an instinctive ebb and flow that creates just enough of a boundary so that the wanted can permeate through and the unwanted can be discarded. The balance of masculine and feminine is complimented by the balance of head, heart, and hands (thinking, feeling, and doing). These appropriate boundaries must be maintained while the activation of the heart remains centered and robust. This relates to a quote that is attributed to Christ’s teaching in the New Testament, “to be in this world but not of it.” We must question everything but at the same time trust that our higher self is bringing in experiences that will allow for a deeper level of consciousness to be cultivated. This increasing awareness should be honored on this earthly plane by translating knowing into action, through the will.

Will

Shifting power to grossly decentralized, illusory structures may have been necessary during certain periods of human history, but as we begin to move closer to full consciousness the power will need to transfer back to authentic communities, families, and individuals. As we start to awaken, and we sense that we have little to no agency in our environment, this begins to wear on the will. When the will weakens, the risk of manipulation by outside energies increases. In other words, when our inner knowing is activated but has no viable path for expression, our authenticity can become compromised. This is why so often we find that the path of deception is laced with truth. We see this manifest in a number of ways in our current society, the most dangerous being expressed as individuals who become controlled by organized energies whose intent is to promote our devolution; pushing us further from our connection as ONE.

Many times institutions or power structures formulated in this deceptive energy will hold just enough truth to appear harmless or even beneficial, the infamous wolf in sheep’s clothing. When navigating the path of enlightenment, a sense of connection and a level of humility must always be maintained. These assets allow for the discernment of Christ to act as heart-centered compass along the way. When fully empowered, strong communities and families with this internalized compass of unconditional love, connection, and deep knowing, will serve as shining lights leading the way, breaking down the fraudulent structures that no longer serve us.

Healing

Communities’ and families’ expression of the connection to our Source will vary, which is why our deep gratitude and appreciation for uniqueness will be what frees us of all prejudices. We are ONE experiencing life as individuals for a reason. Universal laws are not favorable for authentic development because restrictions and rights can not be applied on a general level.

We must see ourselves as a garden with a vast amount of beauty and unlimited potential; a multitude of plant life each with their own unique needs. One family of flowers may thrive in direct sunlight while others may wilt away. Communities and families are the ones who know exactly what they need in order to bloom. An experienced gardener not only accommodates each plant’s differences but also adjusts continuously to meet the changing needs. We are, in fact, alive, which is why lifeless dogma and one-size-fit all solutions will never serve humanity. As we empower families and communities to acknowledge, honor, and effectively communicate their specific needs, we can begin to provide the individualized care that will heal us as a whole.
