Humanity is undergoing a monumental transformation. Each of us is being asked to take a step into uncharted areas. This will require us to trust ourselves for there will be no blueprint or guide for this impending journey. It feels as if we are being asked to jump into a rushing river where the only control we will have is whether we want to move forward or backward. Taking the jump requires a great deal of trust that the river holds only the best intentions for our well being.
A large portion of the human race is now standing at a threshold that will allow them to cross from the land of the mind to the territory of the heart. Those standing at this transitional point include some of the leaders of the man made kingdoms that make up our societal structures and institutions. Some are more conscious than others of what is being asked of them, but many have been presented with the invitation. In these deceptive, worldly kingdoms, the intellect is gold, but when we take a step out to the higher perspective, we discover that the intellect serves only as a stepping stone and not a means to an end.
Taking the next step, from a purely intellectual understanding of the world, requires the bravery to defy group think, paving the way as one goes. Further more, this quest asks for one to shift their consciousness from head to heart. The calcification around the heart chakra must be chipped away, revealing a love that permeates through all actions. This love is not wanting and at times may be unrequited, it’s creativity and devotion is almost unimaginable to the intellectual mind. Though in this space, wisdom is not lost but rather enhanced.
To make this journey, one must embrace what they may perceive as ignorance; understanding that the will of the universe is growth and that all steps on the path are of equal importance. There is no room for superiority or judgment, for it will only keep you stuck in a loop; although there may be much of both, resurfacing to be released and healed. The guardian of our identity, or ego, will make themselves known and you will need to send them love, healing wounds like shame and guilt that have been stored along the way.
This can be a messy process and is the primary reason we see so much conflict and unrest in our current reality. The conflict is not to be avoided but should be embraced because there is no way though it but through it. This does not mean that we must wallow in pain, anger, and disconnection but it would be a lie to say that the uncomfortable is not an integral part of the healing process.
Imagine heading down river rapids and becoming stuck on a rock along the way, only to look down and see a massive drop ahead of you. You cling to the rock in fear because what will happen when you let go is unclear; the river is the one in control. As you grip the rock you become weak and tired fighting the current that continuously reminds you that the only way out is through your submission to the natural forces.
When the guardian’s outer core has been softened by your unconditional love for self, you will then be able to merge, crossing into the heart together as one.
This is the path of Christ Consciousness. Just as we crossed the rainbow bridge to incarnation, we will also be required to cross this path alone. Although we go it alone, the destination leads to a much deeper connection with all beings. It is our desire to return back to Oneness that inspires us to make the journey.
